It would be tough to distinguish the new floor from the old in the kitchen and foyer had we not known that they had feathered the new floors in. I have had other companies refinish floors for me in my previous home, and those companies were not as thorough as you were. They left a mess and their work was inferior to the work that you and your crew preformed. It's nice to have someone do what they say and more for a change. Now that the floors are finished I wanted to tell you again how very happy we are with how they turned out. They look really beautiful, the surface is smooth and even and the finish is just perfect. The color is just what I was looking for and your guys did a perfect job matching the color. I hope when we do other floors in the future the same guys come back. After the last miserable time three years ago when another company did such a truly bad job of sanding and refinishing the floors, I was dreading having them done again. Since we were displaced while the second floor living area of our home had the floors sanded and refinished the scheduling you had promised was maintained. And we were able to move back in as promised. By removing selected areas of the floor and installing new plywood underlayment the squeaking floors have been virtually eliminated.
